A quick guide from your first inquiry through selection, delivery and ongoing support.
Photos, a part number or a line drawing, with product size, weight, temperature and speed. Start with what you know.
Installation dimensions, existing sprocket and shaft details, and sample or custom requirements.
Quantity, delivery destination and the latest date the parts are needed in use.
Order reference, operating conditions and photos or video of the installation or issue.
Send clear photos of the top, underside, edge and matching sprockets. Include markings, an old order or a drawing if available. We will help narrow down the options and explain which dimensions to measure; you can start before every detail is known.
We review belt pitch, underside geometry, sprocket teeth and shaft bore together. Similar appearance does not establish compatibility. The proposed scope identifies components to retain or replace so you can assess the full replacement cost.
Share the conveyed product, size, weight and available space; a simple layout sketch is a useful start. We discuss belt width, material, conveying requirements and interfaces. For custom parts or tooling, we agree the design scope, drawings, samples, development costs and approval stages.
Include sprockets, rods, flights, sidewalls and guides with your belt inquiry. We review the combination and itemize specifications and quantities, making clear what is included and what needs to be ordered separately.
Standard samples for selection checks may be supplied without a product charge; the customer pays freight. Specification and quantity are agreed first. Special materials, colors and tooling samples require separate confirmation. Production minimums depend on the model and quantity.
After approval of the requirements, specifications and applicable drawings, typical dispatch is 3 calendar days for stock, 1–2 weeks for existing-model production, and 5–6 weeks for new tooling. All periods use calendar days. Sample transit and waiting for sample approval are excluded from the tooling period; shipment transit is additional.
Sea, rail and air freight are available options; rail depends on destination route availability. Sea freight is worth comparing for larger shipments with more time available; air freight may suit a tighter deadline. We consider timing, shipment size and weight, and freight cost to recommend an economical option that meets your schedule.
Expedited existing-model production is approximately 7 calendar days; new tooling approximately 4 weeks. Feasibility is confirmed first, with an additional charge based on quantity and the requested acceleration. Estimated dispatch and arrival dates are listed separately.
The quotation states whether freight is included and whether delivery is to a port, airport or specified address. We clarify inclusion and responsibility for destination clearance, duties and local delivery. Provide your country, city and postal code, and tell us if you need door delivery.
Tell us about your forwarder and collection requirements when inquiring. We will discuss the handover location, timing and documents. Packing details and the relevant handover, tracking or bill-of-lading information help you follow the shipment with your forwarder.
We agree on a payment channel acceptable to both parties. The final payment proportions and milestones are determined according to that channel’s transaction rules and the order. The pro forma invoice or order records the method, currency, beneficiary details and payment schedule. Sample and tooling charges, if applicable, are listed separately before you pay.
The order defines the model, material, key dimensions, color, quantity and matching parts. Replacement or custom parts may need drawing or sample approval. Request dimensional records, photos, trial-fit video or specific inspection documents during quotation so the checks and deliverables can be agreed in advance.
Share the conveyed product, continuous and short-term temperatures, cleaning agents, concentrations and cleaning method. We use these to review material suitability. Tell us your food-contact or other documentation requirements so we can check what is available for the specific product and material.
Within one year from the factory dispatch date, replacement parts are provided free of charge for failures or damage caused by quality issues.
Provide the order reference, model, photos or video and operating conditions. We help assess the cause and explain the proposed resolution. The customer pays freight for quality-related replacement parts and on-site labor. Report incorrect, missing or damaged goods with photos within 7 days of receipt; after verification, we resupply or replace them and pay the associated freight. Guidance is remote; no on-site service is provided. Paid support is available for normal wear, incorrect installation or operation outside agreed conditions.
Send overall installation photos, close-ups and running video. We help review sprocket engagement, orientation, support and transfers. For spares, an original order reference or specification record reduces repeated selection work. Tell us if operating conditions have changed so the material and combination can be reviewed.
