Start with photos, a model, drawings or a description. Tell us which dimensions or conditions are still uncertain; you do not need every detail before getting in touch.
We provide a first response within 10 hours of receiving your inquiry, including weekends and holidays. Selection, technical proposals and quotations progress according to your requirements and the information available.
Replacement parts, new projects and custom designs need different information. These steps explain what you provide, what we return and what we confirm together.
After both parties check the requirements, specifications and applicable drawings, you approve the confirmation copy. Lead time starts from this point. See the lead-time section for supply categories, samples and urgent orders.
See lead times & urgent orders ↓Standard selection-verification samples may be supplied without a product charge; the customer pays freight. Tell us whether you need to check fit, material or operating performance so we can agree the sample specification and quantity.
Terms and costs for special materials, colours and custom-tooled samples are agreed separately. Free standard samples do not remove minimum purchase requirements for production orders; these depend on the design, specification and quantity.
Check available designs, materials, colours and quantities, then confirm belt width, length and matching components.
Produce or assemble an existing model to the agreed material, dimensions, colour and quantity. Discuss special requirements in advance.
Develop a new structure from drawings or samples. Confirm requirements and drawings before tooling, sampling and initial production.
Staged delivery can be arranged around quantity and usage plans. State the quantity and date for each batch when confirming the order; agree the batches, production schedule and transport together.
Confirm the model, belt and rod materials, colour, key dimensions, quantity and components such as sprockets. Request measurement records, dispatch photos, trial-assembly videos or material documents during quotation so available records and checks can be agreed.
Lead time starts when you approve the requirements, model, material, dimensions, quantity and applicable drawings. The periods below are typical dispatch lead times, not arrival times, and use calendar days or weeks.
| Supply type | Typical dispatch | Urgent arrangements |
|---|---|---|
| Stock | 3 days | Discuss separately |
| Existing-design production | 1–2 weeks | About 7 days |
| Custom tooling | 5–6 weeks | About 4 weeks |
The 5–6 weeks include mold development, sampling and initial production. If a physical sample is sent for approval, sample transport and the wait for customer approval are excluded. Bulk freight is also additional.
Provide the quantity, preferred dispatch date and latest arrival date. We first check feasibility, then confirm the extra charge based on quantity and how much earlier it is needed. Urgent lead times concern supply; transit time is checked separately.
Include the destination country, city, postcode or port, plus the maintenance window or latest date for use. Confirm dispatch and arrival dates separately, and agree each batch date for staged orders.
We suggest shipping options based on destination, deadline, volume, weight and cost for you to select and confirm. You may use your own forwarder; advise collection and handover requirements in advance.
For larger shipments with sufficient time, compare sea freight and confirm timing and cost for the route and destination.
Check route and service availability first, then compare transit time and cost for the order.
Usually faster and more expensive. Consider it for tighter deadlines; timing and price depend on the specific arrangement.
Port, door and DDP arrangements can be discussed. Sea, rail or air describes how goods travel; delivery terms define where and how they are handed over. Confirm destination service, customs arrangements and included costs for each order.
Provide the forwarder's contact details, collection location and timing requirements in advance. We agree the handover and documents, then supply handover, waybill or bill-of-lading information for tracking.
Contact us to agree payment channels, currency and arrangements for the order. Confirmed beneficiary details, payment proportions and milestones are recorded in the pro forma invoice or order; check them before paying.
Discuss sample freight, tooling and urgent-order charges together. Agree any conditions for crediting tooling costs against later bulk orders before confirming the order.
Check received models, quantities and condition. Report issues with photos within 7 days of receipt. Once verified, we supply or replace the affected goods and cover the related freight.
For faults or damage caused by quality issues within one year of leaving the factory, replacement parts are supplied free of charge. The customer pays replacement-part freight and on-site labour.
The 7-day reporting period covers incorrect, missing or damaged goods on receipt. It is separate from the one-year support for quality-related part faults.
We provide remote installation guidance and troubleshooting through photos and video, with no on-site service. Paid support may be available for normal wear, incorrect installation or use outside confirmed conditions; the approach and charges are agreed first.
Provide the original order number, model, specification or drawing revision to check materials, dimensions, colour and matching parts. Tell us about changed equipment conditions so suitability can be checked again.
| Order type | Cancellation before work starts | After work starts |
|---|---|---|
| Standard production order | Before production: 10% of the total order value | Cannot be cancelled after production starts |
| Custom-tooling order | Before tooling starts: 10% of the total order value | Cannot be cancelled after tooling starts |
The 10% cancellation charge is calculated on the confirmed total order value, including tooling and other listed charges, without deducting freight or taxes.
