For quality-related faults or damage within one year of leaving the factory, replacement parts are free; the customer pays freight and on-site labour. Report incorrect, missing or damaged goods with photos within 7 days of receipt. Once verified, we supply or replace affected goods and cover the related freight. No. After approval of requirements, specifications and drawings, stock usually ships in 3 days, existing-design production takes 1–2 weeks, and custom tooling takes 5–6 weeks, in calendar time. Sample transport, approval waiting time and bulk freight are additional. Lead times & urgent orders ↗

Send the model, dimensions and quantity, and tell us whether you need loose modules, rods, sprockets or a complete belt. Minimum quantities, sample costs and freight depend on the specification.
